Denim identity by the denim guru, Jimmy Taverniti pulls in energy from New York, attitude from Los Angeles and elegance from Paris. We Are Group is behind the campaigns.


D-ID – a jeans label expressing its identity

D-ID is a jeans label that has its origins in classic American jeans heritage but has been updated with the latest technical innovations in material and washes. The label is described by its creator, Jimmy Taverniti, as a mix of the three cities, New York, Los Angeles and Paris.

In the first campaigns for D-ID we photographed and filmed on location in downtown Los Angeles with the Oscars nominated film photographer, John Mathison. We casted a combination of new faces and more familiar personalities such as, Cuba Tornado Scott, grandson of Ridley Scott. The campaigns in black and white contribute to give D-ID a distinct personal look.

The campaigns for D-ID starred a mix of LA personalities, and fresh faces. They were all captured on different locations downtown Los Angeles.
